While studying Psychology in Kings College, NY and Geneva College, PA, Jess played collegiate soccer as a striker. She traveled for scuba diving in the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, and Mexico. She also competed in several 10K races and the 52-mile Hana Relay race in 2016. Jess continues to be dedicated to biking, hiking, and running. Her weekly workouts include running on her favorite trails & foothills, road biking, swimming, sand bag workouts on the beach with her soccer teammate, and timed treks up the stairs of Koko Head Trail with a 30lb sandbag over her shoulder. She completes her weekly activities with a soccer match every Sunday. Jess enjoys spending time with her two young sons and exploring the beauty of Hawaii.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text delay="0"][/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner]

From backpacking to acro-yoga on the beach, Stephanie’s adventurous spirit is built around the outdoors. In high school, Stephanie was a four-year varsity athlete, captain of the field hockey team, and a member of the sea kayaking team. It was throughout her time in high school that she found her love of backpacking and became certified as a Wilderness First Responder. She led 11 night backpacking trips off the coast of central California. At that time, Stephanie participated in Spartan Beasts, Tough Mudders, and Gladiator races. She returned to O’ahu to attend the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa where she is earning her degrees in Religious Studies and Hawaiian Studies. While attending the University, Stephanie lived for a year off the grid in a lush valley without electricity or cell phone service, and began spearfishing to become more self-sustainable. During her free time, she enjoys fishing, cleaning up the beach, practicing yoga, and body surfing.
