PRIVATE TRAINING

These outdoor sessions deeply focus on specific strengths and weaknesses in an effort to improve overall health and fitness. Additional topics covered for each client include nutritional planning, supplemental exercises, stretching, etc.  Examples of private training activities include, but are not limited to:
